What do I get with a sponsor conference registration?
Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, Friday and Saturday lunches, Saturday and Sunday breakfasts, the Friday Night Family Social, and the Saturday ASG Awards Dinner. Visit the program to learn more. For those receiving tabletop exhibits or high-top cocktail tables, setup instructions will be provided shortly
How many attendees are expected at the conference?
Approximately 200.
Will I get a room at the Fairmont Palliser?
Accommodation is not included in your sponsorship package. Please click here to book a room at the Fairmont Palliser.
How much is parking at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge?
VALET PARKING
Valet Parking is available at the hotel's main entrance on 9th Avenue. Rates are also extended to dining and meeting patrons of the hotel.
Valet Parking area can accommodate vehicles up to 2.4 meters or 8 feet.
Valet Rates:
- Overnight: $65 + GST
- Short-Term (up to 4 hours): $35 + GST
- Long-Term (more than 4 hours): $65 + GST

SELF-PARKING
Impark Lot with access off of 10th Avenue West or East or off of 9th Avenue (East of hotel). Take elevators to third floor and walk West to hotel mezzanine entrance.
- Hourly: $8.00 + GST
- Daily: $16.00 + GST Early Bird (enter before 9:00 am and leave before 6pm)
- Evening/Weekend: $8.00 + GST
- The parkade can accommodate vehicles up to 1.93 meters or 6 feet 4 inches

What is the Friday Night Family Social?
The Friday Night Family Social is an event with food and activities for conference attendees and guests. Keep an eye on future e-blasts for more information about this event!
What is the Saturday Alberta Society of Gastroenterology (ASG) Awards Dinner?
The Saturday ASG Awards Dinner is a formal gala that includes a plated meal, a keynote presentation, and presentation of the 2026 ASG Awards. There will be a networking cocktail reception prior to the dinner.
Can I arrive late/leave early?
Absolutely! You have no obligation to attend every single session. How you use your sponsorship pass is ultimately up to you.
How will my company be promoted at the conference?
Your company will be recognized as an ADDS sponsor at the podium and will have a profile on the conference app with links to any websites or educational materials provided in the sponsor details page on the registration form. Take care when completing this section of the form to ensure the information you want conference attendees to see is complete. Depending on your sponsorship level, other benefits will apply as well - please visit the "Prospectus and Benefits" tab for more details.

I am getting a tabletop. Where will it be and what can I bring?
Tabletops will be placed in the Oval Room, which is adjacent to and attached to the main session room. Please note that electricity will not be provided. Breaks will be held in this room.
You are welcome to bring anything from pop-up banners and branded tablecloths to handouts and medical devices or samples.
I am hosting a symposium. What do I need to do?
You will be responsible for coming up with your topic and finding/funding your speaker, as well as covering any additional audiovisual costs associated with the symposium. The ADDS Conference Secretariat will provide the space and will promote the symposium on your behalf. Please connect with Sarah at sgoodyear@buksa.com for more details.
