Description:

The management of complex Crohn's disease remains challenging, particularly when patients develop stricturing or penetrating complications that require nuanced medical and surgical decision-making. Appropriate management requires timely recognition, accurate assessment of disease behavior, and an individualized approach that integrates medical, endoscopic, radiologic, and surgical strategies. Through the review of clinical evidence and representative case studies, this program will examine contemporary approaches to the management of luminal strictures, intra-abdominal abscesses, and perianal fistulizing disease.
